Trees of the Creek

Over 100 species of woody plants grow in the woodlands and forests of Floracliff. As we walk through the creek, we’ll learn to identify both common and unusual species that live along the banks of Elk Lick Creek.
Hike Leader: Josie Miller, Stewardship Director
Hiking Level: Moderate to Difficult, due to wet and slick surfaces. We will be walking through a 1/4-mile section of the creek, so feet will likely get wet.
